Most training plans fail for the same reason: they are built for the person you wish you were, not the person opening the app on a normal Tuesday. The fix is to design around your real week, not your ideal one.
Start by deciding how many sessions you can realistically protect. Three focused sessions you actually complete beat six you abandon by Thursday. Consistency compounds; ambition on paper does not.
Next, match session length to the time you genuinely have. A reliable twenty-minute Express workout is far more valuable than a forty-minute session you keep postponing. Build the habit first, then extend it.
Finally, remove the daily decision. Pick your training days in advance and let a programme choose the session for you. The less you have to decide, the more you show up.
That is the whole idea behind R.A.K.I.T.I.N.: enough structure to make starting easy, and enough flexibility to keep going when life gets busy.
