This policy explains what personal data RAKITIN Limited collects when you use R.A.K.I.T.I.N. and how we handle it under the GDPR.
Data we collect
Account data: your name, email address, and authentication records.
Billing data: subscription status and identifiers held by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
Usage data: which workouts you view and mark complete, used to power your dashboard and progress features.
Contact and newsletter data: if you use the contact form or subscribe to the newsletter, the name and email address you provide, processed to answer you or send the newsletter on the basis of your request or consent.
How we use it
To provide the service, authenticate you, process payments, and show your training progress.
To operate, secure, and improve the platform, and to communicate service and account information.
Processors we rely on
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Video delivery is handled by our video provider. The public website is hosted by Alfahosting GmbH, Ankerstrasse 3 b, 06108 Halle (Saale), Germany; the application and database run with our infrastructure providers.
Each processor receives only the data needed for its function, under a data-processing agreement.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability of your personal data, and object to certain processing.
To exercise these rights, contact info@rakitin.de. You may also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
Retention
We keep account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as required by law, then delete or anonymise them.
