These terms govern your use of R.A.K.I.T.I.N., operated by RAKITIN Limited. By creating an account or purchasing a membership you agree to them.
The service
R.A.K.I.T.I.N. provides on-demand workout videos, guided programmes, and educational content on a recurring membership basis.
We may add, change, or remove content and features over time. We will not materially reduce the core membership benefits during a paid period without notice.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate account information and be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
Membership and billing
Memberships are billed in advance on a monthly or annual cycle through our payment processor. Prices are shown at checkout.
Your membership renews automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Statutory withdrawal and refund rights under applicable EU and Cyprus consumer law are not affected by these terms.
Acceptable use
You may not share, redistribute, download, or resell the video content or your account access.
You may not attempt to circumvent access controls or the signed video playback protection.
Health and liability
The service is general fitness content, not medical advice. See the health disclaimer.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding twelve months.
