Nutrition foundations that support your training

Simple, non-restrictive principles that help your workouts pay off, before any detailed plan.

You do not need a perfect diet to train well. You need a few foundations you can keep without turning eating into a second job. Get these right and everything else is fine-tuning.

Build most meals around a protein source, plenty of vegetables and fruit, and a sensible portion of carbohydrates to fuel your sessions. Protein supports repair; carbohydrates support effort.

Hydration and consistency matter more than any single food choice. Drink enough across the day and aim for meals that are roughly similar most days, so your energy is stable when you train.

Keep it flexible. Rigid rules tend to break; sustainable habits tend to stick. This is a general foundation, not medical or individual advice, and detailed nutrition guidance is a planned future part of R.A.K.I.T.I.N.
